    1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

    By accessing and using the services provided by Cresthaven Technologies ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

    2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

    Cresthaven Technologies provides technology concierge services including, but not limited to: home network support, device management, smart home integration, security solutions, and remote technical assistance. Services are offered under membership plans with varying levels of support and features.

    3. MEMBERSHIP PLANS AND PRICING

    • Plan Selection: You may choose from available membership tiers: Residence, Estate, or Legacy.
    • Billing: Membership fees are billed monthly in advance. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
    • Monthly Billing: All memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment required.
    • Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

    4. SUPPORT MINUTES

    Each membership tier includes a monthly allocation of support minutes:

    • Residence: 100 minutes/month (rolls over up to 200 minutes)
    • Estate: 200 minutes/month (rolls over up to 600 minutes)
    • Legacy: 300 minutes/month (rolls over up to 1,000 minutes)

    Support minutes reset on the first day of each calendar month. Unused minutes roll over up to the maximum specified for your plan.

    5. SERVICE LIMITATIONS

    • Services are provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted service.
    • Some services may require hands-on support and additional scheduling.
    • Service availability varies by location. Contact us to confirm service in your area.
    • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment or violation of these terms.

    6. REMOTE ACCESS AND DEVICE SUPPORT

    • You authorize us to access your devices remotely for troubleshooting and support purposes.
    • Remote access is provided only for the support services you request.
    • You are responsible for maintaining secure passwords and access credentials on your devices.
    • We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or damage resulting from hardware failures, software issues, or third-party actions.

    7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

    You agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information
    • Maintain secure passwords and access credentials
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security incidents
    • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
    • Not use services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
    • Not attempt to disrupt or damage our systems or services

    8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    All content, software, and materials provided by Cresthaven Technologies are the property of the Company or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any of our materials without explicit written permission.

    9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRESTHAVEN TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

    10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

    OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

    11. INDEMNIFICATION

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cresthaven Technologies and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

    12. TERMINATION

    We may terminate or suspend your membership at any time for:

    • Non-payment of membership fees
    • Violation of these Terms of Service
    • Illegal activity or misuse of services
    • Threat to system security or other users

    13. GOVERNING LAW

    These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

    14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims involving intellectual property rights or enforcement of these terms, which may be brought in court.

    15. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
