Tristan Poulsen — Founder & Principal Advisor
Tristan Poulsen has built technology businesses in Colorado for fifteen years. He founded his first company, Real Tech Innovations, in 2011, and went on to launch Esimplicity Technologies, a managed cybersecurity and IT services firm serving businesses across the Front Range. Cresthaven Tech Concierge brings that same enterprise-grade discipline into the home: private cybersecurity, digital privacy, and technology stewardship for families, executives, and family offices.
His expertise spans cybersecurity operations, threat detection and response, network defense, and applied artificial intelligence. He has spent the past decade integrating AI and machine learning into security tooling and business automation, and he holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Management and Business Strategy from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder, with a minor in computer science.
None of it was handed to him. Tristan grew up in a household that lost its home to foreclosure, and at fourteen he stepped in alongside his grandmother to help raise his three younger siblings, cutting lawns for cash in the meantime. He became a first-generation college graduate and a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo along the way. That history shapes how Cresthaven operates: nothing is delegated to a call center, no client is a ticket number, and every household gets the attention he once wished someone had given his own family.
Tristan lives by a personal creed: Mentality Creates Reality. When he isn't securing client households, you'll find him in the garage rebuilding cars, motorcycles, or computers. Anything with an engine or a processor gets his full attention.
